Alaska is not in Canada. Indigenous peoples are not Inuit here. In Alaska the general term is Eskimo. The specific terms are Yup'ik or Inupiaq for Southwestern or Northern Eskimos.

Unless Nadav Weiss arrived in Fairbanks before 1976 (which I doubt - he looks too young), of course we have had Pita available here...it can be bought in the grocery store. And a Falafel...of course we had them before he arrived here. This article is inaccurate. Nadav did not provide an introduction to this food.
