WHERE IS JUSTICE when Jews are VICIOUSLY BEATEN and INJURED by police and IDF as in the Amona expulsion, Gaza expulsion, outpost expulsions and demonstrations?
Will Israel's Ultra-Left-Pro-Arab-Evil-Corrupt-so-called-High-Court ever convict anyone hurting JEWS?

2. Stupid laws ruled by Stupid courts
Its time for a jury system.
Judges in Israel are not fit to pass judgements.
They have a lot to learn about justice and the pursuit of justice.
Israel being a PC state on steroids has this notion that being harsh on Jews will somehow render them the good guys once the anti-semites are gunning for them.
Here's one for you...They will be dead much like the rest.....

4. What kinda BS is this?
You point your weapon and all of a sudden a bullet flies and kills someone?!?! Evidently, along with the postal system, the justice system in Israel is a joke too.

To what extent was the man convicted of manslaughter at risk from the three men he was guarding?

A TRAINED Border Police officer "accidentally" shoots someone who has already surrendered and is sitting down on the floor with his back to the wall after having been beaten with batons?
I could just as easily characterize this shooting as a summary execution of an already subdued captive.
If it had been done by the Pals to a Jew, Israelis would have been screaming about terrorism and murder. Switching the roles doesn't change the reality - this captive was murdered by his Israeli captor. I hope the sentence eventually imposed on the Border policeman properly reflects the degree of atrocity atrocity done.

Security matters should be dealt with by the security establishment. The owner of the building site should be jailed for employing palis.

9. #8 who said the contrary?
all the court hearings were held in secret, only for the sake of security of the IDF & court itself, no more no less.
