and you better wake the heck up 'joe'. USA is tired of this charade.
32. #30 - observer, Does 2+2=5?
Joe ,   Los Angeles, CA   (01.22.08)
Because obviously it does to you. In 1979, Gaza and the West Bank were, in fact, occupied because both Jordan and Egypt claimed sovreignty over them. A territory is considered occupied when Country A holds de facto sovereignty over a region Country B holds de jure sovereignty over. Sovreignty over the West Bank and Gaza has since been rescinded by Jordan and Egypt and these regions are considered, from the perspective of international law, terra nullus. What this means is that no state claims sovreignty over these two regions. What this means is that THEY ARE NOT OCCUPIED. Also, what I say about a "link of Palestine facts" is the following: I don't go hunting for bias in a source, nor do I attempt to discredit the facts in a source by means of fishing for bias. Facts are facts, regardless of whose position they bolster or deflate. Attempting to discredit facts by means of fishing for bias is called "ad hominem" and is a logical fallacy. Again, observer, I pose you the question: Does 2+2=4 or does 2+2=5? Does logic trump the alternate reality spoon-fed to the world by erroneous reporting, or is this 1984 all over again?
33. #31 - AMERICAN, Invicta's right because???
Joe ,   Los Angeles, CA   (01.22.08)
Invicta's right because you say so? Also, it's all just a 'charade' because you say so? Sorry, I don't live in a world of factual relativity. In the world I live in, 2+2=4 and the earth is round. What world do you live in, AMERICAN?
34. #32 why would Egypt & Jordan have rescinded sovreignity
observer   (01.22.08)
when they declared it, since 1948, administrated territories? and if they would have given up those territories, then in exchange for what?
35. #34 - observer...
Joe ,   Los Angeles, CA   (01.23.08)
Here's the situation regarding the West Bank, renounced by Jordan in 1988: http://www.palestinefacts.org/pf_1967to1991_jordan_renounce_claims.php Here's the situation regarding Gaza. It was renounced in 1979 as a result of Egypt & Israel agreeing to international borders between the two countries: http://www.israelipalestinianprocon.org/History/aboutmaps.html Again, when reading my sources, don't fish through for bias. If you disagree with what is written, disprove the claims made by my sources.
36. NO to Rice's intrusions
Brod ,   USA   (01.23.08)
Rice should stop intruding in Israel's internal affairs.
