Terrorists have NO interest in peace. When will people understand this. So, any efforts to negotiate with the terrorists assumes they are reasonable and seek peace and understanding. And any "peaceful" foot forward from the terrorists' side is merely a manipulation (sadly) as they are founded on hate and violence and public manipulation, which they are quite skilled at.
