greenhouse gases are not poisoning people like industry is doing. Israeli industry is poisoning air, water and soil. Pass some laws that regulate toxic are emissions and disposal of substances that ruin water and soil. Then enforce them. Stop worrying about "greenhouse" gases when there is a much more urgent and immediate need.
