1. ynet: your bias is no longer arguable "Israeli Jews"?
(02.05.08)
If they had come out in support of Israel you would have called them extreme right wingers
2. The Protestors Were Throwing Stones At The Police
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (02.05.08)
Stones are a lethal weapon. Who, then, should be indicted?
3. good job kids. keep it up
USA   (02.05.08)
you are right. if the israeli jews dont hold accountable all people equally for their crimes under the law you DONT HAVE ANYTHING and will just keep creating hate from the ARabs.
4. What kind of Jews is that ???
Bob ,   Moscow   (02.05.08)
5. ones who care about their country
Sarah ,   Jerusalem   (02.05.08)
and their friends.
6. How about an investigation for the Israeli Jewish victim
Jake   (02.05.08)
of the Arab riots of 2000, crushed to death by an Arab stone launched by youths from a bridge over a main highway. Do these 'Jews' also feel the pain of the bereaved family?
7. #1, I think the point is that they are not Israeli Arabs
Danny   (02.05.08)
I don't consider myself a crazy or extreme left-winger but I would have liked to have seen some sort of punishment for opening fire or some sort of proof they were in a life-threatening situation.
8. These self-proclaimed Zionist Jews are a shame to Israel
Moshe   (02.05.08)
9. Arabs fired weapons, attempted to kill us
Itzik ,   Haifa   (02.05.08)
These people will never travel through that area. Arabs try to kill us any time we go there by car. Don't be a stupid joker. Go there and tell that you are a Jew. Arabs will kill you at once.
10. To Noa Epstein Young girl is not excuse for stupidity.
Rehavam ,   Couldn’t ignore   (02.05.08)
“he was just an observer”… If arabs decide to murder you with rocks I hope you have more “PeaceSeed” observers... To "observe"...
11. israeli jews
ami ,   israel   (02.05.08)
this jews are a small group of fools if they would have been at the of the riots instead of the police there they would not talk like this.i hope one day they will get some stones on their heads from our friends in UM EL FACHEM pehaps then they will get wiser
12. Why was there only 13 deaths?
jason white ,   afula,israel   (02.05.08)
There should have been more. Now maybe people will start to realize that these "peace" programs for youth are only turning out traitors and cowards. They should be stopped, especially that "seeds of destruction". The youth should not be brainwashed into thinking that the fifth column(arabs) have any right to our land or should even be treated as equals.
13. The protesters should spend a year in Sderot...
Nannette ,   London   (02.05.08)
Let them know how it feels to live with rockets and insecurity every day.
14. Seeds of Peace
Lauren ,   ny   (02.05.08)
First of all everyone who is dissing on seeds of peace should shut your ignorent mouths. My Israeli Fiance is a member of Seeds of Peace and we have many Arab freinds from this organization who are good people even better then israelis i know. Seeds of Peace is a great organization and these seeds organizing this demonstration represents what seeds is all about. You have to see things from more then one side. There are bad people on both sides and good people too...blind hatred towards either side doesnt solve anything. All they are trying to do is to make things better for Isreal. What have you done for your country?
15. They are not "youngesters" and they are not Zionists
Antonio ,   Haifa   (02.05.08)
as claimed in the article and by them. The police did their job as they should have. Live fire is appropriate for riots. Should've been more than 13.
16. I agree with the protesters
Israeli   (02.05.08)
If they were Jews being violent to Jews, we would have had faster results and charges laid. We are operating on the assumption that all Arabs are against us and will kill us given the chance. This doesn't excuse any violence by either side but the State's job is to look out for the best interests of its citizens.; All its citizens even the ones who don't necessarily agree with us. If protesters are violent, arrest them. I have seen people go wild with violence here and police don't come by to shoot them.
17. The case of Aseel
Julie ,   Tel Aviv   (02.05.08)
Read the Or Commission report's findings on Aseel's death. The Justices concluded he posed no threat to the police and shooting him was" un warranted". Aseel was shot from close range by a live bullet. His skull was fractured. The ambulence that carried his dying body to the hospital was stopped several times at road blocks. Why did the police and AG allow his body to be buried before ordering an autopsy. No one talked to the family about this. At the time the family did not protest. Why didn't the police seal off the area where he was shot to investigate immediately? Why were there no adequate police reports of the incident, as is required? The TV tapes of the police questiong by the Or Commission, show so many loopholes, contradictory statements by the police. Where was the law to help citizens of Israel,in this case Arab?
18. non jews misuse of the term Israeli
yoni ,   jerusalem   (02.05.08)
who says they are jewish? if you do not accept the torah and the rabbinic authority who says they are jewish? is it just because they feel jewish? maybe it is because ynet decided that they are jewish. did anyone actually check to see that they are jewish? i hope they realize that whoever they are they are now joining hands with the arab terrorists and supporting the cause of the resistance by standing up for rock throwing wild anarchist arabs who were trying to kill our policemen. i hope they get a chance to realize how off they truly are it would be a shame to live all of life as assistant murderers and traitors to their own people truth is they will probably leave israel soon like the rest of the seculars when they get a visa...
19. And then jews point fingers at Iran
IRAN#1   (02.05.08)
actually have the audacity to point a finger at Iran and aomplain about how it treats it's "minority" jewish residents!
20. We can only dream that Jews in Iran are treated as badly
Steve ,   USA   (02.05.08)
as the Arabs in Israel. 1) Most Jews were kicked out of the Arab lands 2) The Arabs in Jordan have a law against the Jews. It is criminal to sell a property to a Jew. 3) There are 10 Arabs in the Israeli Knesset the list can go on forever but the Arabs are not interested in reality. They only one motivation: to hurt the Jews.
21. how many were they??
YOEL ,   raanana   (02.05.08)
it seems to me they're not so young to be called yougsters, and then they seem not to be that much... Next time, either you put a relevant picture without zooming, or you publish it without emphasis. Extreme left never brought good things to the country, and they should take more care of thier fellow brothers in Sderot, or Hevron if they want to become audible.
22. Julie, yeah right, #17
Jake   (02.05.08)
sounds like another litany of conspiracy theories and charges a la Ahmed Tibi and Mohammed Barakeh. Get real. If there were anything in it, it would have been dug up by the Attorney General, who is not exactly known for letting the State off the hook.
23. 50 peace violators were killed in Los Angeles
Frank ,   USA   (02.05.08)
That is what happens when the protesters violate the law. The police was acquitted. Arabs must learn to obey the law of the Jewish state of Israel. If they want to corrupt the system and bribe the judges/circumvent the law they should move to Ramallah or settle in one of the 22 Arab states.
24. if i was there an officer
avi ,   idf   (02.05.08)
i'd do the same, actually i'd aim for more, i'd shoot them all in their butts. this country's citizen must have disciplin. you cant go to the streets and make terror to be heard. you can vote democratically! i'm telling you give me one f* reason to go myself to the streets and shoot an arab israeli in his ass! riot = no! talking = yes! capish?
25. so, you justify killing Arabs?(end)
Hussien ,   Israel   (02.06.08)
