Israel blocks the import of papers for printing, as well as printed school books, only less than 20% allowed. Why?, papers are used as fuel for Qassams and also are used to make the terrorists who make and fire Qassams. It is not collective punishment, at all. Students can use the old books, no problem at all. Israel might compensate for those books burnt if a missile hit a school, but only when it hits during school hours! do You see how much the Israelis love the Palestinians.

I attended funerals in Lebanon, and the relatives of the naturally died old Muslim persons were passing candies to all attendees. That is their culture, no more no less. In some African countries the wife, daughter and relatives of the dead person would hold dancing parties in night clubs, only to honor their deceased beloved person.
