The hospitals in Gaza can collapse for all I care. They did not heed the warnings, they didn't stop the rockets and clearly they didn't think of the aftermath. Instead of using the hundreds of billions they received in international aid to build - an independent infrastructure, hospitals, schools, houses, industries, agriculture, and give the people a good life, they CHOSE to spend the money on destruction - such as weapons, ammunition, building bomb factories, rockets, and import weapons from Iran, Syria, etc... The ONLY way they'll learn is when the world STOPS giving them anything, and then the people will overthrow Hamas! Then there's a chance the people will want a better and more constructive, positive life - but they can only do this by rejecting terrorists and terrorism.
