Of course the IDF should destroy launching sites located in civilian zones.The IDF should destroy every one of the Hamas institutions and either kill,imprison or expell all the Hamas leadership.If it is necessary to turn the whole strip into a complete wasteland then so be it.No more time should be lost by Israel in stopping this terrorist attrocity.

Israel has ordered IDF to return fire at rocket launchers and the debate now is how much time to give to nearby civilians to leave the area. The answer is that these civilians know Hamas has installed launchers long before IDF knows it. It is their problem if they ignore this warning. Alternatively, it is a war crime if Hamas force civilians to remain to shield the launchers. The second, and final, warning is when they hear the rocket fired. No further warning is required. They have more time to leave the area than civilians in S’derot have to find a shelter! IDF should return fire immediately, to catch the men who launched it.
