arrest the perpetrators and put them in juvenile jails for parents to pick them up and extract a huge monetary cpmpensation in the amount of the injury to anybody or the car/bus itself. the parents have to come up with compoensdation money and the rule has to provide for a strict adherance to the following. anyone who throws stones, their family will be monetarily penalized as a result and they will have to garner and raise the financial fee to extract their child from jail....just like bail in the usa. it is a known fact that once parents are hit in their pocket, mysteriously, the criminality or misbehavior of their kids wanes and is reduced.

Israel lives in a serious neighborhood called the Middle East and in certain respects should follow the reaction of its neighbors. I propose that those Arabs that carry out the acts of sabbotage against Jewish citizens of Israel have their hands cut off. After a few hands are cut off, peace and quiet will reign in Akko, Galillee and the rest of areas affected by the stone throwing.

Why dont you people put your money where your mouth is? Dishing out the advice from the comfort of abroad? If your so full of advise then come and live in Israel and serve in the army. Do you think just because you are jewish entitles you to run our country? Therefor do all catholics run Italy? Israel is 60yrs old this year , if we all followed your lead there wouldnt be a county.
