62. The truth seldom mentioned in the Media.
Jean Van Daem   (03.25.08)
The Jews were to be given all of what was called Palestine, all the way up to the border of Iraq. The world had decided to carry out 'affirmative action' on behalf of the Jews, despite the fact that, around World War I, there was an Arab majority here. And all this, even before the Holocaust! ... Later, three quarters of this land - what is today Jordan - was given over to those who today call themselves Palestinians. Only a quarter of the land, including Hevron and Shechem, was left for the Jews - the people for whom this whole re-division was made, and without whom the Arabs here never would have 'discovered' that they are Palestinian! But all this is not known by our Jewish youth!
63. Inference of the last war in Lebanon.
Jean Van Daem   (03.25.08)
Following the last war in Lebanon, Israel will have to draw certain major lessons to ensure its long-term strategic survival. What is needed now, immediately and urgently, are thoughtful and coherent guidelines concerning national defense, deterrence, targeting and even preemption (anticipatory self-defense). It is no longer adequate for Israel (more or less capably) to merely stumble from one war to the next without an appropriate “master plan” for direction. Armed with such a framework of expanded conceptual understanding, the Jewish state could quickly begin to deduce pertinent tactics and policy options to match particular situations and crises. In the near-term, of course, the need of both nuclear war avoidance and counter-WMD terrorism. The war against Hizbullah does not concern Israel only.
64. Are Zionists contriling the Media ?
Jean Van Daem   (03.25.08)
A false and biased BBC report, detected by a Jewish resident of Manchester, England, quoted United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon as condemning Israeli attacks on Gazan civilians. The BBC used the quote several weeks later, out of context, to tie it to a specific IDF attack on Palestinian Authority terrorists in Gaza. The news report in question stated that Israel had deliberately attacked Gaza civilians. In the report, BBC refrained from reporting the intensified attacks on Israeli civilians, in some weeks more than 100 rockets were fired at western Negev communities by terrorists hiding among women and children in Gaza. Israel's counterterrorism operation “Warm Winter” in Gaza came after an eight-year-old Sderot boy lost his left leg in a Kassam attack that almost cost him his life, as well as that of his 19-year-old brother, who was also seriously wounded by the rocket. The collateral damage to civilians in Gaza, noted Israel, was caused by the terrorists who chose to launch their attacks from playgrounds and areas between residential buildings in densely populated civilian areas. The BBC did issue an official statement of apology for the incidents in which the organization had been caught. War against terrorism is a new war
65. If Zionists Controlled the Media
Thomas   (03.25.08)
They would have nipped the "Palestinian" myth in the bud along time ago. The media wouldn't whitewash the details about what is happening in Sudan. There would be more media reports and picture of terror attacks against non-Muslims in places like Indonesia and Thailand. Americans would know the history behind the "shores of Tripoli" line in the Marine hymn and our founding fathers attitudes toward Islam in the wake of having to ransom American slaves from their Muslim masters in North africa. Etc, etc.
66. Yeah right...whatever!
Joshua ,   canada   (03.28.08)
If Zionists control the media then why in Canada does palestinian deaths get a full page spread and IDF news gets a small little column off to the right?Today we get a flash,a mini article ,about how IDF captured a Hamas member who masterminded suicide attacks during Passover in 2002.Omar Jabar gave the orders to attack Israels coastal city of Netanya.More Palestinians are killed by car accidents than by IDF forces.Stick a sock in it Hizbollah!
