2. The Art of Difusing a storm
gadees ,   vanco.   (04.01.08)
The continuation of Isaeli ethnic cleansing of Palestinians gives reason for, not only Hezbollah, but all peace loving peaple to rise and help the oppressed Pals in the occupied territories.Unless othewise, israel will have to cope with this brewing storm...
3. Did Barak have the covers off when using these binoculars???
Rich ,   Raanana & NYC   (04.01.08)
4. What about the protection of Hizbullah by UNIFIL?
Larry ,   Eastbourne, UK   (04.01.08)
I guess the next terror war waged against Israel by Hizbullah-Syria-Iran is only a matter of time. However, Israel will have a problem in defending itself because UNIFIL will protect Hizbullah, for example by firing on Israeli warplanes. That is why UNIFIL is there. Has the government considered this problem? Is it prepared to instruct the IDF to obliterate UNIFIL if necessary? Otherwise what will it do?
5. Delusional Barak
Marcel ,   Florida   (04.01.08)
Turning Israel's failure to defeat Hezbollah into 'lesson learned' Barak has become the consumate lying politician. He can spin retreat and surrender into great victory like the best of liar's. Are the people buying it ? The dog's BARAK & OLMERT on the U.S.'s tight leash know how to bark out tough words but nothing more. These Jewish slaves know thye have no permission from their master to do much more than bark to keep the sheep headed for slaughter at some ease.
6. So much hot air, surprised he doesn't blow away
Reality Check ,   BaGolan   (04.01.08)
7. Inference of the last war in Lebanon.
Dora Ziv ,   Haifa   (04.01.08)
Following the last war in Lebanon, Israel will have to draw certain major lessons to ensure its long-term strategic survival. What is needed now, immediately and urgently, are thoughtful and coherent guidelines concerning national defense, deterrence, targeting and even preemption (anticipatory self-defense). It is no longer adequate for Israel (more or less capably) to merely stumble from one war to the next without an appropriate “master plan” for direction. Armed with such a framework of expanded conceptual understanding, the Jewish state could quickly begin to deduce pertinent tactics and policy options to match particular situations and crises. In the near-term, of course, the need of both nuclear war avoidance and counter-WMD terrorism. The war against Hizbullah does not concern Israel only as explained at : http://tinyurl.com/2eebz4
8. Is this new war&invasion lined up for Bush after Iraq, Iran?
Lil ,   USA   (04.01.08)
9. To #2 Gadees the fool
Rick ,   USA   (04.01.08)
Poor stupid Gadees. The aurrounding arab countries are the biggest apartheid nations on the planet. Israel has million arabs living and participating in the govt. This fool Gadees claims ethnic cleansing on Israels part. NO mention of how Palis are killing each other at a much faster rate than Israeli do by defending themselves.
10. #2, gadees, vanco
Sigfried S. Kuhn ,   Aberdeen   (04.01.08)
#2's pathetic lies are so typical of a brainless and brainwashed true believer. #2 mentions ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians. Really? Exactly where is this ethnic cleansing occuring. Israel's Arab population is increasing faster than its Jewish population and the Arab population in the disputed territories is also increasing faster than Israel's Jewish population. In contrast, Jews are not allowed, by law, to live in Saudi Arabia and even Jordan. Can you imagine what would happen if a "progressive" Jewish family wanted to live in Ramallah? If they said one positive word about Israel, they would be killed. That is the issue with #2. Lie and repeat the lie over and over agin so that people will eventually believe it.
11. #6, you said it perfectly.
AK   (04.01.08)

Barak removed the covers but actually, he's just looking for someone to vote for him in the next elections. I think he could use a mirror - that might be the only vote he gets.
