1. The US Navy was faced with this problem in the early 1980's.
Rivkah   (04.02.08)
the Secretary of the Navy, John Lehman, told the US Congress that the problems in the Navy reflected problems in US society as a whole. He was told to clean it up regardless of whether the problem relfected society at large. So he did. Unannounced random drug testings resulted in the people testing positive being thrown out of the Navy with a less than honorable discharge. The problem with that was that the equipment testing the urine and blood samples could not distinguish between poppyseeds on a pastry and narcotics, so there was a lot of injustice. The mafia also targets hospitals in the US Navy and sends people into certain fields like pharmacy technician school to get accesss to drugs that can then be sold on the black market. The atmosphere is one of many honest people being threatened with death if they report the problems to seniors. Eventually, it unravels and people are prosecuted, lose their rating or are sent to prison. One pharmacy technician at the San Diego Hospital was sent to prison for three years and the 80,000 valium and librium tablets and capsules that were stolen over six months were sold at fifty cents a pill. The Navy did not want to spend the money to have pharmacists supervise the pharmacies 24/7, so they got what they paid for.

Membership in organized crime should be against the law. All their property and money and that of their close family member should be confiscated by the state.
3. Don't start with the army, check the schools, too
5th generation ,   Israel   (04.02.08)
And don't start with hard drugs, check for booze, too.
4. Drug sellers are real criminals and cannot be detected by
Tayfun_Turkey ,   Istanbul   (04.02.08)
Drug sellers are real criminals and cannot be detected by tests What you screened is just users, they are partially victims rather than criminals As for Criminalization of IDF, itt is rooted in Aliyah policy of ISRAEL, Israel confirm any criminal who can use gun suitable for immigrating to Israel, among them there are even Russian nazis who draw swastikas in Israel(their children are best mirrors of their father and mothers) it means 1. Israel army is very weak and not a strong entity build up from healty nationalist society 2. It has a lower breaking point due to impurities contained 3. Such criminals will desert army and became local gangs with their arms as soon as Israeli army broke down, finaly you do not need other trouble they will start to kill israeli people for money and anything. Your hopeless war deemed to loss
5. 3 5th gen, Israel: But don't stop with drug testing athletes
Rivkah   (04.03.08)
at schools which is done in the US: athletes are tested but cheerleaders and others are not tested for illegal drugs in most schools. A foster daughter from long ago in San Diego who was raised by her grandmother told me after she graduated from high school that when she was a cheerleader at Madison High School, she was the ONLY cheerleader who did not use illegal drugs. She was raised in a religious school before high school and would not do the things the other girls did. She would not even associate with them except at cheerleading practice and at games. Another shock came later in life when I looked into adopting a baby in Tulare County, California. I was told the only baby that had come up for adoption in many years that was not a drug addicted baby from the mother's illegal drug use was a baby born to a ten year old girl raped by an uncle. Illegal drug use is destroying the minds and bodies of the young. Marijuana is a hundred times more toxic and a hundred times more likely to cause cancer than regular cigarettes. Why smoke dope when one can get joy from holy smoke in the Bible by reading it and trying to do what it says?
