This is a basic principle of the responsibilities of a state. The lives of it's people must be worth much more than the lives of the people of any nation that would dare to attack it. If the current government doesn't understand that then it has no legitimacy.

Although i see people proffer as equivalent the Arab position which says that Arabs are willing to trade one Jewish prisoner for 1,000 Arab prisoners, no one has quoted an Imam saying that an Arab is worth 1,000 Jews. Consider, 50,000 Jewish babies aborted in Israel per annum, so says an advertisement by a charitable organization which manages to save a further 1700 from that fate. And having read all the comments, and no one has noticed this obscenely contrasting anomaly of how is it that a Jewish life is worth 1,000 Arab lives, but, before it is born can be indifferently scraped out and flushed down the sink if tiny, or burnt in the incinerator if larger ? This tells me that this is what Jewish groups want, to ethnically cleanse Americans of European descent making it easier for them to take over.
