Mary, the mother of Yeshua, had a brother named Joseph of Arimathea who had the throne seat on the Sanhedrin. Joseph of Arimathea did not have children because he had taken a vow of celebacy not to have sex even in marriage. He had an arranged marriage to Mary Magdalene but did not have sex with her. That is why Mary Magdalene was brought to Yeshua when caught in adultery, in the very act. If she had been humping it with Yeshua, he would not have been somewhere else for the people to bring her to. Why did they bring her to Yeshua? Joseph of Arimathea had ADOPTED Yeshua.
