121. And I suppose that
GUH   (04.18.08)
George W. Bush is the greatest president, isn't he? You idiots, you wouldn't know the worst president if the world blew up before you eyes and by your hands. At least with Carter he forced you to swallow your damn pride and save your own asses.
122. Carter's visa should be revoked
David Mandell ,   Groton USA   (04.18.08)
Jimmy Carter's tourist visa should be revoked. He came to Israel to cause trouble and to get his picture taken. All he cares about is publicity for his ghost written books. Mr. Carter was tossed out of office by the American people in 1980 and has been bitter ever since. There is no reason for him to be allowed into Israel until he apologizes for his hateful comments.
123. Starving? Hey Jimmy boy - send over some peanuts!
Jason Asman ,   boston U.S.A.   (04.18.08)
124. 119: JUDEA was renamed Palestine by the Romans after the
Rivkah   (04.18.08)
area had been Judea and Israel. Philistia is the ancient land of the Philistines, now called the Palestinians. It was located on the coasts of Canaan, now Israel. Philistia was Gaza, Ashkelon, Ekron, and Ashdod. That is there the Palestinian nation if there is to be one should be located, not in or near Jerusalem or Ramallah or Jericho, etc. Give the Philistines what they had anciently and give the Jews what they had anciently. That way the Lord can better bring about his judgment on Philistia without the Jews there as prophecied in Zephaniah in the Bible.
125. M. Hartley: I have answered your posts that have been
Rivkah   (04.18.08)
reprinted from time to time, but the YNET people will not publish the answers. I fear the Lord sees a hardened heart and is letting it stay that way, or perhaps helping. If there is some way to contact you outside YNET, I can go through each question with you with the answers that are out of your grasp or understanding. YNET does not want the answers published. I have tried diligently.
126. Carter
Ron ,   NY USA   (04.18.08)
I would not let him back into Israel. Carter is BY HIS OWN ADMISSION a provocateur. Israeli leaders HAVE an OBLIGATION to refute his statements and point out the law lessness of his new friends. Hamas does not comply with basic UN rules on prisoners' of war. I am sure if Israel refused access to prisoner Carter would whine.
127. carter
ralph   (04.18.08)
as he said gazians choose their government, he himself does not know what responsible democracy means, they are starving because they choose hamas and good old jimmy as leaders, that is who is responsible for their condition. they chose terrorism over building their own state. they choose death over life, thugs over real leaders and an old unwise old man as a guru now they face the consequences.
128. Carter
Richard ,   Vancouver, Canada   (04.18.08)
Hey Hanan why don't you get your butt to Israel and help defend it?
129. Carter
Richard ,   Vancouver, Canada   (04.18.08)
Ahmed, right on my friend! You have realized what most of the world now knows. Americans are profoundly ignorant people. They have been raised and educated on propaganda not facts, they are simply not capable of sustained rational thought. We must be patient with them, when they can no longer see the sun from the hole they are digging, they will begin to wake up.
130. Carter
Richard ,   Vancouver, Canada   (04.18.08)
Ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha, oh that was a good one thank you!!!!
131. #124, 126
(04.18.08)
#124, Rikva: I haven't really studied much about ancient history, but what strikes me as odd is, if there never was a Palestine like Jack Bauer and other simpletons say, how come the founder of Zionism (and perhaps the State of Israel if credit is extending) said PALESTINE about 14 years before the British occupied the land if it never existed? Strange. #126: You said: ((Hamas does not comply with basic UN rules on prisoners' of war.)) First, tell me which rules about POWs Hamas does not comply with (and remind me the extent of which Israel follows those rules with its ten thousand plus Palestinian prisoners). Second, Israel is known to violate UN rules, including those over collective punishment, settlements, targetted assassinations etc... if the UN is, as some of you people say, an "anti-semitic organization" whenever it scolds Israel over such rules, how come you are complaining about Hamas violating these rules?
132. women in Gaza are fat
um ,   kuwait   (04.18.08)
If the women are fat, it could be because their diets are made up of low quality carbohydrates. Bread is usually cheap, but it bloats people up.
133. Carter
yoyojie ,   Lawrence MA USA   (04.19.08)
Calling Jimmy Carter anti semitic sounds anti apostalistic
134. 12 Inflammatory Comments
Bill H. ,   Oregon, USA   (04.18.08)
He needs to go home? I agree he needs to go somewhere but we already have the Clintons, Obama and Al Gore. We don't want him back. He was the worst president the United States Of America ever had.
135. 23 / Pathetic / Roman
Bill H. ,   Oregon, USA   (04.18.08)
You are right. And Sadat was a truely great man.
136. I agree with Obama on this
Ypip ,   Canada   (04.18.08)
137. 131: There was not a NATION named Palestine. There has been
Rivkah   (04.19.08)
a territory names Palestina under the Romans who changed the name from Judea to Palestina. There were many empires that owned Palestine, but Palestine was never an independent nation except anciently known as Philistia, the land of the Philistines, the ancient enemies of the Jews which was Gaza, Ashkelon, Akron, Ashdod, etc.on the coasts in the area where as a boy King David fought Goliath who was a Philistine. Hope that is a helpful explanation.
138. # 118 Is Egypt Ready to go 0 for 5?
Thomas   (04.19.08)
The peace accords with Egypt was a no-brainer. Israel gave back territory it couldn't financially afford to keep. Egypt didn't have to live with the humiliation of seeing it lost to the Jews. And, of course, both sides get aid from the US.
139. Talkback
Eddie ,   Miami   (04.19.08)
Carter you are setting a great example as a former president and as a human being.
140. Don't allow CARTER in ISRAEL.
JORGE ,   usa   (04.22.08)
The must Antisemitic USA citizen I Know, He needs to retire to his home under 6 ft of soil, and stay cool
141. Peanut-brain could win a Nobel
(04.23.08)
Peanut Prize with all his mindless peace gibber. Go back and make your peanut butter and send it to Palis and see their gratitude.
