The problem here is that Israel & the West is trying to conduct a politically correct war. The Islamic terrorists (oops...will the US State Department let me use that term) are out to massacre Jews, Christians, Americans, Europeans and destroy just about everything God has created. They have no concept of Due Process or Rule of Law. The Islamic Terrorists know that the rules of the game is to murder and destroy more of your enemy than the enemy does to you. Under the circumstances, what is needed is not negotiations with Hamas, but strong military action against it. Israel should not undertake a brief incursion, but a major invasion of Gaza to uproot Hamas once and for all. It will only jeopardise the international goodwill Israel is experiencing currently. What Israel SHOULD do, and continue to do, is to REACT on the action of Hamas. ISRAEL should tell Hamas for every rocket fired into Israel -- one Hamas member will be eliminated. And IF an Israeli dies at their hands -- then 10 (ten) Hamas members will be eliminated. ISRAEL should tell these things to Hamas so that they will know the RULE of the GAME, namely : you commit the action, you have ALREADY chosen the reaction. So that things will be clear to them, i.e. Hamas.

If they are now so well equiped that they have UAVS to use as a weapon then the time for an invasion of Gaza is well over due. Rockets dont have a guidence system and the terrorist has to be at the launch site making them targets if the soilders can sometimes hit an in some cases hit them before they manage to launch. A man with a UAV, the controler can sit safley hidden away while somebody else launches it from a reasonably safe distance depending on the range and guidence system. Suicide bombers can be kept out by building walls and carefull by being observant. UAVS are a poor mans guided missle depending on the range the UAV us capable of they can sit safley hidden away. Are we going to wait for them to develop good enough UAVS to hit Ben Gurion airport before we decide enough is enough and the best defense is a good offense. Instead we have a pathetic man who is more worried about his noble prizes than the saftey of the country whose prefered tactic is make more and more concesiont to Abbas so he can do a quick but bad deal before he leaves office.
