This means that at anytime anyone can go to the police and open a case against you, Once the case has been opened your done in, especially if you have had more then 2 "complaints" against you. Problem is when the goverment will start to increase the sentances people will get more desprate, and then we will have MORE violant crimes

They should have added a few years for being a member of Shas, a few more years just for being an MK, a couple years for his remarks about gays causing earthquakes, & finally, a couple extra years for what he probably did but didn't get caught. He's lucky I'm not a judge.

How come that every number of years some one in Shas is found guilty of some crime? Does that mean that the prohibitions of the Torah apply to everyone else except the Shas party? Is that what they have learned in the yeshivas and Torah institutions? Is that what they are teaching others, those without rabbinic ordination, those who have not spent much time learning the Talmud and books of Halacha? Gevalt!!

All that while, he was hungry..He never told his mother ( I am divorced from his mother) and as a result he is shorter than he should be. All the while the walls of the Yeshiva were made of marble and the floors were marble as well. When the benefactors would fly in from LA. the kids werre given a special meal. When they were not there they were given crumbs. Ask my son today what he thinks of that bloody yeshiva and how they treated him as a kid.. Point being that when he moved on to an other Yeshiva in Jerusalem he ate like no tomorrow.
