The Israeli prisoners in California are low quality human material. Mostly of Sephardic origin we really do not need them back in Israel. They would fit in great with the racial mixture of American prisons. Unfortunately, American politicians aiming to appear pro-Israeli are causing us great harm by sending them back to Israel

since I was falsely accused and prosecuted for having Israel on my passport and being thought to be a Jew who might aliyah to Israel, I believe Israelis and many Jews in prisons in California are falsely accused and imprisoned like Dreyfus was in France long ago. Governor Schwarzenegger is so out of touch with justice and fairness, wanting to build more prisons to enslave more people wrongfully instead of demanding the police, prosecutors and judges obey the laws and stop wrongful prosecutions. A girlfriend who was born a Navarro which is a Sephardic Jewish name told me her brother was wrongfully prosecuted for robbery. The clerk who was robbed said he was not the person who robbed her because she was robbed by someone taller. The judge should have ended the trial right then in Tulare County, California, but instead let a jury convict Chickie Navarro and send him to prison for 24 years. It took four years to get another trial and his parents had to sell their home to pay a better lawyer. This happens every day in California and according to Paul Craig Roberts, in America. In answer to your question, Schwarzenegger is a Republican, but he's married to Maria Shriver from the Kennedy family, who are Democratic icons in America. Maybe, for that reason, he's a somewhat more liberal Republican, but he's a Republican nevertheless.

I think it is an excellent idea to transfer the Israeli prisoners to serve their sentences out in Israeli prisons. In my view as long as these prisoners are legitimate felons convicted of crimes against persons and not spies or murders Americans should rejoice to be rid of them.
