Ms. Livni is in no position to stipulate nor dictate her conditions, since 1-she wasn't aware of such negotiations 2-Israel, as many strategists would concur,is in no position to ignore any positive gesture that may bring her closer into being accepted by its neighbors3-The return of the Gholan to Syria, would mark the begining of a new era where all outstanding issues would be resolved peacefully.4- So, there is no need to frustrate this burgeoning idea by stipulating un bearable conditions.
