You apparently caught one of the palestinian narratives and mistaken it for history; well look again, a day will come and you'll be ashamed of your support for Hammas and for whitewashing their real agenda... Finkelstein is the vilifier, and you're not that different either.
32. #30, what planet are you on?

Finkelstein is a fraud. He has no academic credibility whatsoever. He has parlayed being the son of a Holocaust survivor into a career - a career that involves attacking people he sees as making money out of the Holocaust..... What magical "settlement" was this? Israel has three fighting opponents at the moment - Iran , Hizbollah and the Palestinians(in particular Hamas and PIJ) - and all three reject Israel's existence and say so openly and regularly. When Carter tried to pretend Hamas would make peace, Meshaal corrected him sharpish. So your view that somehow only Israel and the US are holding out is a complete lie. No wonder you are a fan of Finkelstein.

Interesting that anyone who criticizes STATE POLICY is considered anti-Semitic, even when that person is of Jewish origin. Finkelstein's only 'crime' is that he's an honest academic. All his critics here and elsewhere use ad hominem attacks against him, but can't really criticize his work. Just anecdotal stuff at best. Finkelstein's one of the few brave people who tels it like it is: Israeli leaders wants land and is willing to sacrifice its own citizens to do it. And they've brainwashed enough of its citizens to back them up. To be frank who here is OK with sharing Jerusalem (or giving the Arab part back)? Who here thinks it's time to give up the settlements? This isn't about terrorism, that's just a symptom of the disease that is imperialism. Israel and the US are wrong and that's why their opinion is generally opposed by the rest of the planet.

Israel has no obligation to admit Finkelstein especially following his trip to Lebanon and his meeting with Hizbullah operatives.

People who sympathize with terrorists and Israel denouncers do not deserve to step foot in the country. According to him, Israel shouldnt exist...then he shouldn't go visit it! Let him go to Lebanon and visit Nasralla...Im sure he's waiting for him with open arms. Good job Israel!

How sad...what a shande. No wonder Israel has a hard time getting immigrants from nations like the U.S., Canada and so on...
