Israeli Government afraid of inquiry if Pollard is released Esther Pollard, wife of jailed Pentagon worker Jonathan Pollard, charged Wednesday afternoon that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is afraid of an investigation into the government's role concerning freeing her husband because of the possible discovery of corruption. She said on Voice of Israel government radio that it is a "big lie" that the government is taking care of the financial needs of her and her husband. Esther Pollard said her husband wrote the Prime Minister a letter asking, "Where is the money?" She added that the government "is not afraid of her husband [but is] afraid of an inquiry that will reveal corruption." http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/Flash.aspx/143950

deported back to Lebanon? that means all the Israeli Jews or non-Jews immigrants, living in Israel) are practically threatened with deportation or exile at any moment. that is indeed a good type of democracy which makes Jew and non-Jews equal! World still remembers Ahmad Yasin and his fellow Palestinians who were deported without trials to the Tufah district of South Lebanon without the approval of Lebanon!
