Tutu accepted a mandate from the UN Human Rights commission which condemned Israel before investigation, and that asked a only one side (i.e. only Hamas) investigation. A honorable man would never have accepted such a shameful mandate.

after consulting with haniyeh, tutu has come to a conclusion, and will tell the un human rights commission what it wants to hear, that israel is at fault. and yet he seems to ignore the fact that hamas' use of civilians as human shields is the real cause of this incident, and of many like it. i suppose it would be bad manners to criticize his hosts, so he prefers instead to lecture israel about this imaginary "blockade" (which failed to prevent him from entering gaza or from holding such anti-israeli press conferences).

You should have stated that 'the international community's silence and lack of condemning the Kassam rockets being fired from the Gaza Strip by Hamas et al into Israel is the cause of the HARDSHIP faced by the Gaza Arabs and is the cause of the Israeli blockade '. BTW you called on Israel to end blockade of the Gaza Strip. Well, the blockade can ONLY be lifted if Hamas et al STOPS firing rockets from Gaza Strip into Israel -- for AT LEAST six (6) months. OTHERWISE, it can NOT be lifted.
