If they plan to storm the border with Israel, they will have their own conscience to play with since Israel will regard this as an attack on it's internationally frecognized border and fire in self-defense. And why should Gazans want so much to come into Israel while Rafah is wide open? Do they still believe the Hamas megalomaniacal lie that they are able to throw the Jews into the sea? The only siege Gaza has is the one imposed by Hamas on Israeli border corssings. As soon as they open, Hamas terrorists attack them and force them closed - whining that they are under siege. If they are storming the border, they should be greeted with mass shooting or grenades . What did they expect bouquets of flowers. Enough of the restraint, they must be stopped by any means necessary and powerful enough to sdhow that Israel means business.

As the main target of the terrorists are the civilian population our response to this kind of war should also be without compromising. First of all, the medias should be kept away from the battlefield until the army has finished its job. The civilians collaborating with the terrorists, the “human shields”, should be treated as soldiers without uniforms. We should not have humanistic considerations unless they will treat the kidnapped soldiers and their families in a human way as well.
