1. Intelligence test for the State Department
Arthur ,   SF, CA   (06.03.08)
State dept. employees must take a following test: Does Gaza share a border with Egypt? If yes (i hope it's obvious) - why can't those terrorists in making go to Egypt and fly out from Cairo?
2. So they didn't even ask?
Elianah ,   London, UK   (06.03.08)
The whole fuss in the NYT article was about Israel not granting exit visas for the students and yet, according to Reuters here, neither the State Department nor the students asked for exit visas before the NYT article???!!! So now that Israel's been blamed for not having ESP and this story has made it around the world...will we maybe get an apology?
3. Why couldnt they exit via Rafa& Egypt-only blame Israel!
Alan ,   SA   (06.03.08)
4. What about scolarships for some IRANIAN Jews?
The Doc ,   Haifa, Israel   (06.03.08)
....ooops! They are forbidden to go to universities (unless they convert of course)... so are the Arab Muslim minorities in Iran - unless they "convert" to Shia! And the Monkey from Teheran is calling everybody else "racist" and denies Holocaust while a real Holocaust is happening in Iran!
5. #2 Apology form those NYT self-hating Jews?
The Doc ,   Haifa, Israel   (06.03.08)
... don't hold your breath! They wouldn't do it even if a suicide bomber would blow himself (or herself) inside the editor's room! In that case, they'd say that they'd probably deserve that for not rolling over and playing dihmi well enough!
6. who said Israel does issue exit visas?
observer   (06.03.08)
Israel issues them for Gazans every other day, for poor and rich, for man and kid; even against their will!
