The Palestinians typically seek out soft targets involving people who cannot defend themselves then they hide behind and within civilian populations just like Hizbullah did in Lebanon. The answer to suicide bombings is vigilance, intelligence, the security fence and closely monitored border crossings. Israel has been very successful in this regard. And while you mumble non-solutions, the Palestinians have made it clear they will not give up terror.
