Sever Plocker ought to read more about Obama's reactions and decisions. As soon as Muslims complained about Obama's good speech about Israel, Obama took back half of what he had said. No one should vote for such a presidential candidate when they don't even know what he really believes.

Obama will be another Jimmy Carter. He already has Carter's foreign policy wonks as advisers. Remember Zbigniew Brzezinski and Brent Scowcroft? Remember what great friends of the Jews and Israel those two were? Obama wants to use "tough diplomacy" on Ahmadinejad, i.e. more of the same bullshit the the Europeans have been using with such celebrated success for the last ten years. Obama won't see the light until the flash of the Iran's first nuclear bomb is detected by our satellites. If Obama is elected, then by 2012 Americans will all be experienceing the very same "malaise" that we felt during Carter's regime and asking ourselves what it was we saw in this guy?

After Palestinian complaints, Obama spokesmen spinned his unified Jerusalem statement completely around and pretty much called for divided sovereignty. The candidate has thus showed: 1) He does not understand the Israeli issues 2) He makes declarations w/o any commitment to standing behind them 3) He will cave-in completely when faced with Palestinian complaints Mr. Obama. I remember that episode. The part in which the people were getting on the ship and they were able to translate it into a cookbook was very creepy. As far as the candidates go, I've pretty much stopped paying attention to what they say, and just go by their lives. I know that it might be unrealistic to hold them at a higher standard, but I think that I'd like more choices in the matter.
