You betch. I am surprised that the Israeli media seem to follow a deliberate policy of not metioning Iran's influence on the current negotiations between Israel, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas. Iran is only pointed fingers at when the propaganda machine in the US and Isael can find something negatgive about Iran. Israel "seems" to breeze through very important negotiations with opponents that defeated lsrael militarily or oponenets , like Hama, who have not been defeated by Israel. Bothe Hamas and Hezbollah as well as Syria are among the most diehard allies of Iran. In short Iran is involved with every one of these. Iran has been very cooperative in this respect which is the main reason why Israel seems to be having an easy time proceeding. I don't think a military attack by Israel nor the US is in the offing. A lot is going in the ME that Israel can use to "normalize" its relationships with its neighbors and beyond. An attack on Iran by Isael will disrrupt a lot of good prospects for Israel and Israel will end up with very liltle to show for a foolish decision like that. Israel is on a good track and it should try to keep on track all the time.

Sorry Persian Cat. I can't point my finger to even one itty bitty positive contribution Iran has made to stabilization in the neighborhood. Iran is the bully. Constantly threatening to destroy Israel and hoping to score points in the Muslim world by doing so. All roads of terror lead directly to Iran. If countries and groups are communinicating with each other, it is due to hard work performed by diplomats making it happen in spite of Iran's effort to sabotage these efforts. The salvation for Iran is to replace Ahmadinejad ASAP with a leader capable of communicating and doing business with the West.

This blood sucking, defeat embracing vampire will bleed Israel dry. Olmert can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and is giving away Israel with its people daily. Why hasn't any group resigned from this corrupt government yet? We can make a soap opera out of all this and call it "As The Stomach Turns"!

As for Mr Olmert, he faces serious corruption allegations and could even be charged and stand trial. His coalition Government may only have days left in power before it collapses.
