If you are a Jewish policement where the guy was working (he did not move from his suburb to where the incident took place, but was working there), and have been used to abusing Palestinains, even collaborators, harrasing them, making fun of their hebrew, of how they dress, etc. you should know it is quite possible your acts may cause one in every few thousand Palestinians to be enraged, and to get nuts. Lastly with the link between different types of violence, it's surprising that this man was able to get a license to drive powerful machinery that could be used as a weapon. Also that there is not more invested in domestic abuse help.
