As far as I know the Jews do not proselyte – in fact it's very difficult to join their "club" (read the articles about conversions). They do not try to force others to join their faith. So they don't strive for world dominance – they are religiously strict only to Jews. They don't try to force the entire world (only the Jewish one). Uighurs have been penetrated by Al Qaeda since the early 80s and been engaged in terrorist activities ever since. News about this did not go out as they should due to the traditionally powerful Chinese censorship and ruthless clamp-downs.
