Make Gaza part of Egypt and since we have a peace agreement (although a very chilly one) with the Egyptians, we can count on them putting Hamas out of business. The West Bank will be under Jordanian supervsion and again, since there is a peace treaty between Jordan and Israel this should work out too. Feedback please

Which means that in all likelihood it won't happen since you won't be able to disarm Hamas, Jihad, and all the other groups who would lose their masculinity and virility if you took their guns away. Basically, it means that the Pals aren't ready for democracy yet.
