I attended the Canadian press conference this morning. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation was there, along with a university radio station. The lawyer, Mark Arnold, was fairly clear on the points of law. It will be an interesting case. Although the law is not much respected (especially where emotion is boss), those of interested in a civil approach to issues of this kind will follow with interest.
