31. why would anyone think that israel won?

32. We didn't lose until we agreed to the exchange
David ,   Rehovot   (07.14.08)
It was a draw until we decided to give live terrorist in exchange for dead bodies. That's a travesty and pushes us into the loser's column.
33. 30: Tova, still with the lies?
David ,   Rehovot   (07.14.08)
"gave in to all the Zionist demands"? Wow, you mean we demanded to sign the Road Map Shrub forced upon us? The RM where Sharon clearly described exactly how it would fail but was still pressured? Or maybe how we wanted to call terrorists dedicated to our destruction "moderates" because there are other terrorists even more extreme? Perhaps it was how Shrub's Administration lost Israel Aircraft hundreds of millions of dollars by making it ignore a contract with China that the US had previously improved? Oh, wait, it was how Shrub's Administration tried to sell US port security to an Arab dictator while rejecting an Israeli software company trying to buy a US one. Gosh, how pro-Zionist... "1967 borders" What borders might those be? Since the Arabs rejected all borders and demanded the Armistice Agreements not discuss borders, the GL certainly isn't one. Can you do anything except lie?
34. Israel was defeated by bunch of Arabs
Foley ,   Manchester,England   (07.14.08)
If you read UK newspapers, British military experts acknowledge the embarrassing fact that Hezbollah succeed in its goals and that Israel was defeat in all her war aims set by Olmert and his Defence Chiefs. Hezbollah's military capability is now better than ever, and its image is now legendary in the Arab world. Middle East loves Hassan Nasrallah and Presidnet Ahmadinjad more than any other Muslims leaders. Thanks to Israel's total failure in 2006 war, it managed only to boost its enemies in every conceivable way.
35. Too much pessimistic
YOEL ,   Raanana   (07.14.08)
It's so easy to say we've been defeated, but it's not true! The only defeat concerns political echelon. We discover NOW how much our PM is/was corrupted. We shouldn't forget about our former Defense Minister who thought only about his personal interest in Bourse. BUT... our soldiers behaved as heroes, and did evreything to defeat Hezbolah on the Battlefied. Most of them gave all their energy, even those who were sent without food. We must respect them for their great job, and NEVER forget they are brave. They won on the Battlefield, and obeyed to orders when they retired from Lebanon.
