To the TBers who are questioning the pardon signed by President Mr. Peres... Please do be aware that President Mr. Peres met with the families of those murdered by Kuntar before signing the so-called pardon. Please do be aware that President Mr. Peres sent a letter to Minister of Justice, Mr. Friedman, in which he (Mr. Peres) clearly states that he signed the pardon because it was a necessary bureaucratic procedure and that he (Mr. Peres) in no way pardons or forgives Kuntar for his heinous crimes. The last line of Mr. Peres letter reads: "I do not forget and I do not forgive" It is clear that President Mr. Peres wrote this letter in order to make it very clear to all that he signed the so-called pardon of Kuntar in order to expediate the return of Goldwasser and Regev. So as far as I understand the TBs against President Mr. Peres are out of line....to those TBers I say please do consider carefully reading all of the information before making superfluous comments.
