The Turkish State has no jurisdiction to track down the families, in Israeli terroritory. The Israeli Embassy was notified as soon as the identity of the deceased were ascertained. Under Turkish Law (and EU Law) all deaths must be investigated to determine the cause of death. This includes autopsies.
