for millions of dollars then every thing will be fine to #1 Ed you are such an idiot if the turk want to kill israeli imagine the numbers you should investigate your mental health
4. How horrible. Tourists have too much money to stay at hotels
Rivkah   (07.23.08)
like that. If they had been helping orphans and widows instead of going to exotic resorts with koo-koo activities, the children would still be alive and have mitzvohs to protect them in a heavenly bank-on account.
5. #1 You are an idiot.

Ynet, please check the content of the talkbacks before you post this kind of drivel.

Jenn ,   London   (07.24.08)
I wasn't aware how deadly this type of contact can be until I read about a case in the UK just a couple of days ago where a Polish man urinated onto an electrified railtrack and was killed by the electric connection through the urine to his body.
9. hm__________________;-) Sue them !
YITZAK BEN SHLOMO   (07.24.08)
one : there is carelessness on the part of the hotel and possble independant tort it is these the next of kin sould consider sueing the hotel and even the ambulance services . There is a breach of a legal duty to take care with resulted in death, undesireable to the defandant ( the Hotel) I is celar the hotel ows a duty of care. Obviouly the hotel breached such duty of care .It is not remote as there is a just an resonable that there is a duty of care recognised by law- any resonable man will know these ! The hotel must know foam party is unser ther control an directin , The planned , organised, lead an contro l the whole event..as such it i sdubious to say they didnot forsee the posiblity of electricity and water connection in these case.As such the hotel is under the duty to prevent such risk and in toltal control of the risk. if they take the money they take the risk. The y take the liability in law by the proximity of tourist and hotel/ resort relationship. It is resaonable to impos eduty of care in this case. The ambulance that arrived late. well civil servants owed no duty of care and the renmedy was via judicial review- Fuck them up too ! Sue them ! in tort, contract, and in statutory obigations rules. The resort cannot deny the seriousness of the injury would occure - the likely hood of injury of or death based on teh fact and merit of this case.

Rivkah   (07.24.08)
electrical foam parties at pools by indulgent parents who do not know the value of spending a vacation doing something worthwhile is the issue. God protects his people when they are in an area of protection. Going to MUSLIM, HOSTILE TURKEY (Togormah in Ezekiel chapter 38 of the Bible) or going to GAZA are not places of protection. A Koo-Koo Italian woman walked across Turkey in a wedding dress and was raped and murdered because that is not a safe place for Christians or Jews to be. Go there at your peril. Turkey is about to attack Israel with Putin and Medvedev of Russia leading the pack of Muslim nations in the war of Ezekiel chapter 38. How many times do I have to warn people for them to understand the world is a powderkeg and taking children to a country that is as hostile to Israel as Turkey is, is asking for trouble. I don't think that was an accident. When I wear a Star of David necklace outside of Israel, I am attacked, too. But I do so many mitzvahs that I have a bank-on account in heaven to protect me and there have been many attacks. But I do not go back to places where I have been attacked, asking for trouble. This mother is the retard and the idiot. There are few safe places in the world for Jews and Turkey certainly is not one of them. Haven't you read about the murders of young Jews in India and Peru and elsewhere? Why do you think the Messiah is coming to judge the nations for how they treated the JEWS? Is that because hotels in enemy countries are nice to Jews? Is that because every place on earth loves the Jews? It is because the Jews are the most hated and mistreated race on earth because the devil is jealous of them and he hates God who loves Abraham's seed through Isaac, Jacob, and Judah, etc. I accept your apologies.
11. 1 Ed: I agree. For this to be the first accident of this
Rivkah   (07.24.08)
kind I have ever read about is an indication of sabbotage. But what do Jews expect who go to a country as hostile to Israel as Turkey? Ezekiel chapter 38 lists Togormah (Turkey) as an attacking nation on Israel in a war that is about to take place.
12. terrible accident
debbie ,   nola,la   (07.24.08)
everyone has a right to go to any hotel and spend their money as they wish. This is a terrible accident and tragic for the family.I think it is also absurd to think parents will sue and everything will be ok.no, it i never ok to lose children.what is wrong with you people?ya'all get so judgmental over anything and everything.
13. Low safety standards
to #12 ,   Susan   (07.24.08)
I agree that this was a terrible accident. I don't think the Turks did it on purpose. But one has to wonder what kind of safety standards they have in that country. When there was that big earthquake, buildings fell down because of substandard building practices.

Arielush ,   Ramt Ha Golan   (07.24.08)
You should be banned from this news forum. In the light of this tragedy you can only be judgmental. People work hard. They have a right to spend their money on luxury holidays. They have a right to be secure and safe.

A person can stay at home and die in an accident. An airplane could crash down on their house, so if people want to go out and enjoy themselves, why not? Tragedies happen all over. My condolences to the family of these two brothers.
16. Condolences...
Ibrahim ,   Istanbul   (07.24.08)
My heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in this tragic accident. May God rest their souls in peace. It is God who gives and it is God who takes. #1, it is about bloody time you grow up. The Turks have no reason to murder their Jewish brothers and sisters. Get a grip and also rid yourself of such contagious hatred. If you also bothered to read the news, a Turkish boy also lost his life in this incident and another Turkish boy is in a critical condition at hospital. Haaretz, I also believe it is about time you remove posts which aim to tarnish the eternal brotherly relationship which exists between the Turkish and Jewish peoples.
17. To Ibrahim, Istanbul
Ed, LA, USA   (07.24.08)
It won’t be the fist time that Muslim extremists would sacrifice their own kind to kill a few infidels. You say “…the eternal brotherly relationship which exists between the Turkish and Jewish peoples.” Who are you fooling with that line? You think Jews are stupid? The only reason Israel and US puts up with Turkey is strategic interests. Your Airbases support both Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Your country is practically blackmailing the USA. Your Government gives Israel logistic and intelligence support. You betray your Arab Muslim Brothers by collaborating with the enemy. This may or may not have been an accident but it should be looked into further.
18. To Ed, from the USA
Ibrahim ,   Istanbul   (07.26.08)
It's about time you learn history! (1) The Turks are altaic and thus more closer to the Koreans than the Arabs. (2) We as Turks do not see the Jewish peoples as enemies. If you do that is you problem not ours. You cannot speak on our behalf nor speculate. Turkish-Jewish relations pre-date the Arab-Israeli conflict, it also pre-dates US history! The Turks and the Jewish peoples have been in cordial relations for in excess of 600 years. In fact, the Ashkenazi Jews are the descendants of Khazar Turks (Oguz Turks). (3) History is full of examples of Turkish support to the Jewish peoples and vice-versa. Hence, you can claim that the Turks hate the Jewish peoples but historical evidence will actually prove the contrary. It is also evident that your are very uneasy about such fine Turkish-Jewish relations. It begs me to ask but why?
19. To #1 cont.
Ibrahim ,   Istanbul   (07.26.08)
(1)Since when did the 72 million Turks become “Muslim extremists”? (2)What “strategic” interests did the Turks have 600 years ago? What strategic interests did His Excellency Selâhattin Ülkümen have when he assisted many Jews on the Island of Rhodes escape the Holocaust? Don’t forget his wife was butchered by the Nazi’s for these actions! (3)Since when did you determine who is or who is not the Turkish peoples brothers and sisters? Since, when did you determine who is or who is not the Turkish States enemy? Unlike you, the Turkish State does not support someone just because they share the same religion or history etc. The Turkish State supports what its citizens believe are right and ethical. The Turkish people believed and still believe that the Jewish peoples have the right to self-determination. This is why, the Turkish Republic was one of the first countries to recognize the sovereignty of the State of Israel! Despite such country being born on former Imperial Ottoman lands! (4)Educate yourself!!!! Learn to distinguish between freind and foe!
20. Tell me this Ibrahim
Ed, LA USA   (07.26.08)
why weren’t the parents of these two brothers notified until the next morning? Why was autopsy performed despite pleads from the parents against it? And as far as your ranting have you measured your Turkish skull lately? You know what I am talking about. Turkish fascism rules your country where Turkey thinks it is facing existential threats. Kurds, Armenians, Jews, Greeks, missionaries, non-nationalist Muslims — anybody who falls outside the narrow definition of a “good Turk” — are all seen as “internal enemies,” who are in bed with the external ones — the Europeans, the Americans, Iraqi Kurds, and, actually, the whole world. Is your “Turkishness” getting the best of you?
21. To Ed
Ibrahim ,   Istanbul   (07.28.08)
The Turkish State has no jurisdiction to track down the families, in Israeli terroritory. The Israeli Embassy was notified as soon as the identity of the deceased were ascertained. Under Turkish Law (and EU Law) all deaths must be investigated to determine the cause of death. This includes autopsies. In response to your ad hominem attacks I believe that silence is the best answer. Shooting people who are already in police custody could also be classified as fascist acts... No one is perfect! But your assertions still do not prove that the 70 million Turks are barbaric, antisemitic animals. You may depict us Turks as such, but your depictions will be just that...mere depictions. Our Israeli friends deep down know the truth and that is all that matters...at least to us any way.
