It was not long ago that YNET report a Daughter of a Righteous Gentile was deported and now Israel considers considers giving a family member of a terrorist a passport? Someone has their head on backwards!! As a deterent to terror the family members of terrorists should be deported never to ever return again.

This person still holds Israeli citizenship, she has never committed any crime in Israel and you want to punish her because of her mother's actions? This is not the Jewish way at all. For shame. We are not Muslims with the 7th generations rule or Christians with the 'original sin' stuff. We consider people on their own actions and nothing more. She is not free to travel because she is an Israeli and has no passport. Her mother should have been executed, but that does not and should not translate to punishing the daughter.

I thought the Israelis were taught the Bible in school. The Torah states multiple times that guilt is transferable across generations. It only says Deuteronomy that a child of a murderer can't be executed for his parent's crime and vice versa. But this obviously doesn't apply to the issuing of visas. This woman seeking a visa isn't a victim of an injustice. Mr. Guetta and his family are the true victims. To issue this woman a visa would be like spitting on Guetta's grave.
