Why are we asking the victims to pay the tow away fees. we talk about the possibility of destroying terrorists homes but we are not willing to charge the terrorist family. Its like treating the victims who have been injured in the attack and then charging the them to pay their hospital fees or asking the policeman to pay for the bullet he used to shoot the terrorist. If the government is going to use private contractors to tow away the damaged vehicles then either treat is as a right off the municipality must pay for out of their own budget or charge the terrorist family.
