in any normal and democratic country people who were sent in trial for any reason, and condemned cannot be condemned a second time.
Does it mean they could get emprisonned after having been condemned in a military court?
If so, I'm not proud of my country. The State MUST protect its military personnel, as the soldiers are supposed to protect their country.

Why exactly is this case being heard in a civil court? It's enough that a military court was involved. Stupid bloody country we live in.
We do things to impress the international media - and while doing that, we lose all profundity. How very very sad. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason, none whatsoever, to try him again.

It's the arab guy who maybe will take this to a civil court . He can legally do it . The same when a soccer player hurts another one , even if the Football court condemns him , the hurt one can try to obtain damage payment by going to a civil court . Such things happen everywhere .
