This is one individual, nothing more, nothing less. Whatever he did, it is only his individual responsibility. It has nothing to do with settlers, it has nothing to do with religion, it has nothing to do with teachers generally. It is not a trend, it is not the "tip of the iceberg", it is not indicative of the behavior of any group. Such incidents occur in every population, religious or secular, in Tel Aviv or in the West Bank.

The religious always claim that they are better educated , that they have higher moral standards . You see , not always is this "education" so good . We are also awaiting a better behaviour of religious . They have , beside the civil , also the religious laws to obey . So they , when doing something wrong , are sinning twice . And that's why we are so critical of them . Now regarding the victims , they are certainly not instructed about such facts , not by their parents , nor by their teachers . It's not something you talk about . My grand children , three aged 12 + , two aged 11 , know that such things are forbidden , they won't let someone touch them . They did'nt receive a charidi education , maybe the reason .
