AGAIN,SENTENCE CATAGORY MIS-ASSESSED...SINCE SENTENCE TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT MEANS EXACTLY WHAT IT MEANS SO THAT THE PRISONER IS EXPECTED TO DIE BEHIND BARS,HOW CAN HE BE RELEASED WITHOUT SERVING THE SENTENCE IMPOSED BY THE COURT.?SURELY THIS SHOULD BE A BASIC MIS-CATAGORISATION BY THE COURTS IN WHICH THE GOVERNMENT DID NOT POINT OUT THIS LEGAL DISCREPENCY .IN CONSEQUENCE THIS SHOULD BE RESOLVED BEFORE ANY PRISON RELEASE. OCCURS.AND SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN WRONGLY CONVICTED UNDER THE WRONG HEADING LEGAL COMPENSATION WHICH SHOULD BE THEIR DUE MUST BE ASSESSED AS TO THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT.THIS IS ANOTHER REASON TO RETAIN THEM.AND FINALLY THIS ISTHAT MORAL BLACKMAIL WHICH WILL HAVE SUCCEEDED,AS THERE HAS NOT BEEN A JEWISH PRISONER RELEASE,AND ALL ARE EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW.THERE HAS BEEN AN OMINOUS SILENCE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN EXPLAINED SATISFACTORILY FROM THE TOP REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE,PRESIDENT PERES AND PRIME MINISTER OLMERT.

There is no certainty of Law, no certainty of punishment for criminals, terrorists and assassins, court sentences are cancelled by "political" decisions in the name of an allegedly superior "interest of the State". Property is taken away from citizens, their homes are given to bllodthirsty enemies, terrorist assassins of children are released, weapons are given to bloodtirsty terrorists turned "policemen" with a magic wand... Only when the lives of Jews are concerned, the Surpreme Court annuls government's decisions and always against Jewish rights to life and security!

The Court as a matter of record CONTINUALLY interferes beyond its purview, (as Aaaron Barak infamously stated "all things are justiciable") however, that is only when it serves the left and Arab causes. The single most dangerous institution for a Jew is before the court system in Israel. Tragically it IS only in Israel where a Jew is treated as a second class citizen. In the US Jews are not discriminated in the courts. Therefore, it would be wise if the victim associations started some proactive actions on their own, TOTALLY bypassing the Court. This court defends the relaease terrorist-murderers of innocent Jews. Is there anything more evil than a judge who perverts justice due to the innocent? These are evil, reprehensible judges. These judges are Israel's misfortune. As we approach the High Holy Days, Jews should weep over the state of injustice in Israel. We should beg the Almighty's leniency on our people and our nation. Where did the Jews find such evil men and women to lead, rule and judge in Israel? Why is there no justice in Israel?

To Steve: I am an American born Jew and a proud Zionist. I have heard hundres of anti-Semitic statements and seen dozens of anti-Jewish acts over my lifetime. Our gov't DOES sometimes have prejudice against we Jews, note the Rosenberg trials, etc. I ask, was Abramoff really guilty? Did his "Jewishness' convict him? However, all the above were severely punished. Jews in Israel seem to not be getting a fair shake, with the liberal Supreme Ct's obvious bias..wanting to be UNFAIR to a fault. McCain won't appoint liberal S.C. judges...Israel should appoint pro-Jewish judges to stop this, OR deny any petitions re: matters of State. The subtlety of reasoning of this most political of all courts is to be marvelled at.

If they were against freeing terrorists that would be news.Or that would be a miracle. We need elections and a new government that would close the court system and check each judge's record. Those that sided with the enemy should be jailed for life. No foreigners should be allowed to use the high court. Courts should not be allowed to meddle in defense matters!
