As a woman, because of the rash of news reports around the world in which I have seen mothers (and fathers also) who either do not have the skills or the ability or desire to be parents, I think that it might be good for high schools and such to have mandatory parenting training for kids (they can also involve their parents also). This could be so that if they decide to have children they can learn to plan a course for them in which everyone can be happy.
