This is a blatant violation of these individual's Civil Rights under International Law. What is needed is to sue the State of Israel in the World Court. Even if they lose, this would bring media atention that Jews' rights in Israel suffer as much or more violations than Arabs do.

It is undeniably true that this is a civil rights violation. But during the intifada, settlers were put into "administrative detention" without being charged. The prison stays were of undefined durations. These men are only being banned from their houses, families, communities, and jobs. I wonder why the left wing is getting softer on the settlers. Also, Simon from TA is clearly on drugs. Actually, the right wing religious are the combat troops and there is a higher percentage of non-religious avoiding army service than religious.
