We will not know the results till after the election but I believe McCain just won the election by selecting Palin. It is a move that will consolidate and energize the consevative base of the party. That was something McCain lacked before this selection. The mud slinging from both parties will now start and Obama has much more dirty laundry than McCain and Palin together. Just my opinion.
