91. Shocking Gaza Pictures!
Etoile ,   Montreal, Canada   (09.11.08)
I really do not have to comment. because I am still recovering from the absurditiy. These pictures of what the Gaza Palestinians and Ms. Booth have to live through speak for themselves. http://www.daylife.com/photo/02uy2JZ8Uw445/gaza http://www.daylife.com/photo/025m61w6uSbhP/Lauren_Booth Ms. Booth, did you fall on your head alot when you were a kid!?
92. Booth's children
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (09.11.08)
Are sure lucky that their mother is in Gaza. She presence with them would constitute child abuse. What suffering is that moron mouthing off about away?
93. DO NOT ALLOW HER
mike cato ,   USA   (09.11.08)
Israel should never allow this leftist, delusional, keffiyeh-loving cretin into Israel. Let her rot in Gaza. She must never be allowed to leave the Middle East from Ben-Gurion airport. Cairo has an international airport, and so does Alexandria. Let he leave from there.
94. lies
tom ,   toronto, canada   (09.11.08)
why is food not getting through? israel and egypt allow food into gaza, and even if they did not, hamas still smuggles 10 tons of arms into gaza EACH MONTH, so why can't they bring in a little food? perhaps the terrorist occupation doesn't pay as much for food as for qassams? this woman is a stooge for a terrorist organization that willingly sacrifices its own children for propaganda purposes.
95. Allied soldiers who entered ConcCamps didnt have such smiles

Silvana ,   Glasgow   (09.11.08)
Any chance Hamas can keep her?
100. Lauren Booth
herman rosenfeld ,   Winnipeg, Canada   (09.12.08)
Lauren Booth is the world's greatest liar. It was Britain that built concentration camps on Cyprus for Holocaust survivors struggling to enter the Holy Land in the 1940s. How dare she malign Israel! She is a publicity-hound with verbal diarrhea. Let's hope Israel does not let her transit thru Ben-Gurion airport on the way home. Let her hitch a ride through the Egyptian border. In the meantime, she could do something constructive and that is to boycott the Hamas leader in his palace in Gaza until he coughs up the millions of dollars he has stashed away to buy and smuggle arms into Gaza instead of using that precious money to rebuild his territory's rotting sewer system.
101. Blaming Israel
George Ben Miller ,   Orlando, Fl.; U.S.   (09.12.08)
It seems that every time there are problems in Nations that have a huge islamist population the folks in charge will pounce on Israel and the Jews ... this has gone on since Amalek followed Moshe and the Hebrews out of Egypt...
102. Photos of Booth & her friends with HAMAS terrorist leaders
Zvi   (09.12.08)
http://www.daylife.com/topic/Lauren_Booth/photos/all/1 Real "peace activists" don't cheer on terrorists and meet with thugs, but avoid their victims (in Sderot). Also, about the Gaza store: not only food, but modern, computerized cash register with flat-panel display and (apparently) a bar code reader. Remember that the standard of living in the Gaza strip "concentration camp" is MUCH better than it is immediately across the border in Egypt.
103. oy ,what an idiot!

107. she is not the only activist stuck in Gaza
observer   (09.12.08)
Lail and his colleagues began fasting at the start of Ramadan in solidarity with the Palestinians. "We declared our fasting in solidarity with a million and a half Palestinians who fast under a deadly siege," he said. Since the start of Ramadan, Palestinian families and the Popular Committee for Ending the Siege have invited the six activists to their fast-breaking tables and have provided their pre-dawn meals. The six plan to fast the entire month of Ramadan as an expression of their solidarity with the Palestinians.
108. #107 good for them , who cares ......
rachel ,   usa   (09.12.08)
you must not be too bright ...you believe everything they say .....
109. a million signature document to UN
observer   (09.12.08)
a million signatures will be collected from Gazans in a document to be submitted to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki- Moon to ask him to intervene for the lifting of the siege on Gaza. the document will be presented during the regular session of the United Nations' General Assembly. It aims to express Palestinian popular and national will and to place pressure on the international community and particularly the United Nations' General Assembly to end the siege on the Gaza Strip. the present cease fire will enable the activists to collect the signatures in a record time.
110. seems she is not familiar with Godwin's Law
ygalg ,   israel   (09.12.08)
111. #109 everyone knows the UN. is a joke
rachel ,   usa   (09.13.08)
112. to #109 OBSERVER
judy ,   west bank israel   (09.17.08)
do you also observe the arms smuggling? The kasams into sderot? The families in sderot living in terror? You observers are useless and a waste of taxpayers money. There is something wrong if everything Israel does is wrong and everything the Arabs in Gaza do (there is no such thing as a palestinain!!!!!) is right. As the daughter of a holocaust survivor, I am embarrased that she could even consider to compare the two. She wouldn't want to spend a week in a "real" concentration camp- she wouldn't last one day!!!
113. 109
chanah ,   hvidovre DK   (09.18.08)
so a million signatures will be collected I don't think so because that means every one will have to let go of their weapon, in ordre to write
114. Biased press
J ,   Oxford England   (12.04.08)
Re: 14 I am british and yes many Brits are dumb, it' becacuse of the biased reporting. It's not that the majority of the British press lie, but they effectively do, by what they omit. This stupid woman is starting with a leftist agenda and will see no further than that.
115. every story can be told in more than one way
Adi ,   Israel   (04.19.09)
I never once underestimate the suffering of people in the Gaza strip. I think some of it is brought upon them by themselves. Why does a poor family who barely has money to feed itself give birth to 10 kids? I'm not against giving birth to 10 kids, and I don't want to ruin their tradition, but if you can't carry out your tradition because that'll mean you and your children will starve to death, maybe it's a good idea to kind of change it around a little until you earn up enough money? I also think presenting it so that it is a terrible suffer on their side, it's true, and it's definitely worth mentioning, but.. isn't the fact that Israel's intention is not to kill them and hurt them something worth mentioning too? You know what was so terrible about the concantration camps? not the fact that many people were killed and tortured, I mean, that was horrible, and it was sad, but the fact that people did it believing that these jews they were killing were of an inferior race, something that gives them the right to murder them for the heck of it, that's what's wrong. If they would fight to try and survive and kill jews, mistakenly, or the fewest they could, but as many as needed for them to survive, that'd be something very very different. To me the comparison between the holocaust and the Israel-Palestinian situation is insulting. I want peace, and my people do too, we all want to live quietly, side by side, but the world isn't black and white, and it doesn't have to be, we need to stop trying to understand it that way. Stop thinking one thing is either right or wrong. Things have many aspects and a thing could be wrong from one aspect and yet right from another. I do think there are jews who limit their seeing to the Israeli side only, however I think you Booth, are seeing it one sided too, it's just that you are looking at the Palestinian side, that's the only difference.
116. #90 - cowardly hypocrite
Osirak ,   UK   (03.01.10)
#90: "without israel england wont be safe for you to say what ever you want to say.and for ms booth you should be living in area where rocket falls and then we all listen to your non sense" All Israel has ever done for Britain is steal some of our passports to carry out its terrorist murders, thus putting our people at risk. So without Israel we;d be a lot better off. And as for "living in area where rocket falls" about 10,000 more rockets and bombs fell on Gaza last year than have fallen on the whole of Israel ever. Anyway, you're one to talk - you live nice and safe in New York you f****ng hypocrite.
