1. Were it not for the cynical nature of this annoucement

I would congragulate the government, but as it stands its far from sincere. Israel has been screwing over the survivors for 60 years. No pity little couple of shekels will correct this injustice. israel will go down in history of stealing from the survivors. My late dad and my mon thankfully lived in Canada where they received in full that which the germans gave them To this day, the germans faithfully send the compensation cheques on a monthly basis. Their consular services in Montreal are respectful in their dealings with the survivors and their families. Isnt it ironic that Israel the supposed safe heaven for Jews cannot deal fairly and respectfully with the survivors?
2. survivers

Do Not Believe a single word from the state prosecuters office until we see that the survivers have the assistance in pocket. The delaying lies have been stated by this corrupt olmert organisation and the survivers suffer. The corrupt government has never acted with proper alacrity as the state prosecuter implies.Show proof liars !!!!!!!!!! Unable becuase have not given the survivers anything????
3. And it only took 60 odd years!

Swift justice? Or, did they wait until most of them had died? What strange irony. I hope each person who delayed this compensation has to wait 60 plus years to get their retirement. That would be divine justice.
