These dirivatives have allowed the banks to loan money they don't have in the first place. Which has caused this total financial disaster. This has happened under numerous administrations. Both Democrats and Republicans are to blame for this mess. McCain...Biden...and Obama... said nothing about this poison, until it welled up in the water system and poisoned the American Public.
