Lens flare? Overexposure? Every professional photographer knows that shooting in high-noon should be avoided, and if it can't, shoot away from the sun and to use a lens hood to reduce flare. Mastering the exposure compensation is vital, especially as most digital cameras on the market annoyingly overexpose by default. The white balance looks off too. A confused Auto-WB mode, I bet. A technically awful stock photograph: I really can take better shots with my phonecam.

5. The solution to the Israelo-Arab conflict is around ...
Robert Bernier ,   Tel Aviv   (09.21.08)
The solution to the Israelo-Arab conflict is around the corner. Peace will not be achieved by shrinking or weakening Israel. Nor could it be reached through creating an artificial foreign state on Jewish land. In truth, the Oslo process and the expulsion [of Jews] from Gaza only drove the Jewish and Arab peoples further apart. Peace will only be possible when the indigenous Jews and the local Arabs come together on the grassroots level and genuinely try to understand one another. The Western powers need to stop pushing their neo-colonialist agenda in the Middle East and leave both native populations alone. The solution to the Israelo-Arab exist as explained at : http://xrl.us/bi5c8
6. Judea, Samaria are the same as the rest of Israel
Alan ,   New York   (09.21.08)
When I meet anti-Israel people in the U.S., 99% of them have never been to Israel. I encourage them to go and see the country for themselves. If they listen, their view of Israel always changes for the better. This same principle works within Israel. Those that have anti-yesha (a.k.a. judea/samaria) views have quite often never been there. When they come and see the beauty of the land and the sincerity of the Jews who live there, they quite often change their perception of yesha for the better.
