Even if the person doesn't have all the facts, he should not be arrested for expressing his opinion. If people disagree with his position, they should come forward with clear evidence to prove that he is wrong. But to arrest someone for their opinion. I agree with you. It's a historical event. It deserves to be researched and critiqued the same as any other event. Of course there should be some exceptions. For instance we should never question the validity of "Palestinian" history. Unfortunately, that issue will never be given its day in court.
