31. During the Days of Awe
shlomo ,   Yerushalayim, Israel   (10.15.08)
This is written AFTER the Days of Awe: That Jews should say anything unkind to one another DURING the Days, is saddening. Charles, obviously, did NOT understand what Telula was writing, and sounded condescending and intolerant towards her, accusing her of wrongs she didn't apparently commit. Yet he claims that SHE needs to be educated in tolerance. Telula has the right to her architectural opinion. In my opinion, the KOTEL is the most awe-inspiring beit knesset in the world and would always be my personal choice to daven.

Modern synagogues are so nasty, I like the traditional ones from Europe, but unfortunately most are not standing anymore =[
33. The most beautiful were destroyed
Ari   (02.14.11)
The most beautiful synagogues were in the old city of Jerusalem but they were destroyed in 1929, 1936 and 1948 by the Arabs. In 1929, the beautiful synagogues of Hebron were also destroyed by the Arabs. Whenever, the Arabs couldn't handle the Zionist Jews, they attacked the local religious Jews and their synagogues because they were easier targets both here and in several other Arab countries. Thus, when they say that they are only Anti-Zionists don't believe them because all that they have managed to successfully attack have been non-Zionist old Jewish places of worship.
