2. # 1 Then leave
Bill ,   US   (10.16.08)
3. #2 People like you who put Israel before US should leave
Jon ,   US   (10.16.08)
Those who use America's economy, resources, and army to wage wars in foreign countries to defend Jewish occupation in Palestine must have no place in US.

7. Iraq put an end to US wars for Israel, regardless of Prsdnt
Jon ,   USA   (10.16.08)
Otherwise Israel's lobby would have sent Bush to Iran long time ago.
8. Jon is uninformed
Laura ,   Israel   (10.16.08)
He overestimates the power of the "Israel lobby" - as do bigoted boors like Walt and Mearsheimer, James Baker, etc. The US makes its military decisions based on input from a lot of sources. Israel did NOT, in fact, push the US to go to war in Iraq, even though it hated and distrusted Saddam who was busy pumping millions into the Palestinian terror machine. In talks with Israel's defense leaders, Israel pointed out to the US that Iran was the most dangerous and disruptive enemy and thus deserved US military attention. The US incorrectly correlated that Saddam's Sunni-controlled thugocracy would work together with Sunni-led Al-Qaeda and against Shiite Iran. The US assessment was incorrect. Israel had it right, but it's suggestion was rejected. Had the US followed the Israeli assessment, Iranian influence in southern Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, as well as among the Palestinians, would have been curtailed significantly. Iran's nuclear ambiltiions would have been exposed to eradication much earlier in the game. There is no call for the kind of simplistic fingerpointing expressed by ignorant dolts like Jon.
9. McCains problem is not policy its speech making
zionist forever   (10.16.08)
McCain can't compete with Obama when it comes to speech skills, its what got him the Democrat nomination over Hillery who would have walked an election and its the reason he has been so good in the polls. You can say your policy is to make America an Iranian colony and force every American to be slaves to the mullahs and as long as you can say the right things to sell it to the public then you can get elected on those policies its all about how good your selling skills are and Obama is an expert and McCain isn't. McCain I belive has solid foundations in his economic plans. He has though made some tactical miistakes in his campaigning with the Obama bashing. As for foreign policy especialy the war on terror then I think the best people to ask are not the American people but Americas enemies. Iran, Syria and even Hamas are all backing Obama which should say something about who Americas enemies will be best for them.
10. #8 carp. Netanyahu's 2002 lecture to US Congrs on Iraq
Jon ,   US   (10.16.08)
He gave a 90-minute lecture to Congress on how US would never survive without invading Iraq. Congress Reps got the hint, they can't say no to something Israel wants, so all of them signed on the Iraq war bill without even reading it. Many of them later, wished they read and didn't sign blindly. However, most of them would the same and vote for war with Iran (since Israel wants this war), but the American people won't buy the prewar carp from Israel, Congress, [mis]media and won't approve war with Iran, even if every single Iranian human being got a nuclear weapon. We have enough problems at home to solve rather than invading countries that try to protect itself from Israel's nukes. Laura, the road to Iran is wide open, go ahead and invade, attack, bomb…, you can take some of the others who have same kinda mentality like you. Don't count on US, we wish luck, though.
11. #1 US will ALWAYS support Israel. It may be a problem for her
But you, well you ,   just don't matter!!!   (10.16.08)
12. # 2 My thoughts exactly. Let him go live in tehran.

13. #7 Your ignorance of how the State Dept. works is laughable
@ best.Loud mouths ,   are always wrong.   (10.16.08)
14. #10 - you still don't get it
Laura ,   Israel   (10.16.08)
Netanyahu is a politician, not a defense specialist. I stand by my comments. You can believe whatever drivel you want. It still doesn't make you right - or intelligent.
15. Polls Designed To Influence, Not Measure
Robert ,   New Jersey, USA   (10.16.08)
As anyone who has lived through presidential election campaigns in this country (I have lived through fifteen) knows, many polls are sponsored by an activist Liberal media. The Times-CBS poll is complied by the two most rabidly liberal news organizations in the country. According to their own actuarials, they poll significantly more registered Democrats than registered Republicans. The outcome of this poll is bogus, designed more to influence than measure voter sentiment. Remember, it was this media elite that predicted Gore won Florida an hour before the polls in the western part of that state closed. Why? To discourage that solidly Republican portion of Florida from bothering to vote in a fait accompli for Gore. We know, despite the media's herculean effort to depress turnout, Gore lost Florida. You pissed off Dems...don't bother to write how Bush 'stole' Florida. It 's simply a LIE! The media will pull every trick to get their baby Obama elected. It remains quite uncertain how well they'll succeed. But you can be sure Obama's true lead, if any, is within the margin of polling error.

You are a fool and I could call you worse but I will not. The U.S. defense and aid to Israel is imperative to what litlle stability there is in the ME, Israel is the canary in the coal mine as so to say. An obumma victory could be disasterous for Israel, and it will be for the U.S. He commie left wing, socialist politics and beliefs will ruin the USA way beyond what the Bush Administration has done. You do not have a clue at all, do you?. Our problems will persist in the USA, Israel and around the world until the collective global community wakes up to the fact that we are at war with islam and islamofacism. I do not think either candidate sees this as is needs to be seen.obumma's ties to radical islam and Jew hating racists is out there for all to see, one just has to be able to really want to see and hear the truth. jesse "farrakhan" jackson and obumma consider each other family?? That is enough for me to look much deeper. Look at obumma's friends, scary indeed. As to the polls; Ynet only quotes MSM polls which are all run bu very liberal people who back obumma at all costs. Other polls show a much closer race and obumma's lead losing ground. McCain won the last debate quite handily in my view. I do not like McCaion as he is too liberal in some areas but I REFUSE to vote for anyone who is called the Messiah. There is only one Messiah for me and IT IS NOT HUSSEIN OBUMMA!
17. # 3
Bill ,   US   (10.16.08)
When the US invaded Iraq the first time to save Kuwait, people like you blamed Israel when they had nothing to gain from it. I don't see how the current war in Iraq benefits Israel either. I also know that there's no Jewish lobby but an Israel lobby with many Christian members. I seem to recall from my school days, Jefferson saying that in order for America to have a successful democracy it would need an educated populace. Your uninformed, bigoted post shows who should be the first to leave.
18. #10, lies, damn lies. Netanyahu was not in the government
Jake   (10.16.08)
when he spoke to the US Congress on the subject of Iraq. Since Ariel Sharon placed a gag order on all his cabinet ministers regarding their approval or disapproval of a US invasion of Iraq of prior to the American campaign to invade Iraq in 2003, your suggestion that Netanyahu, in a capacity as a representative of the Israeli government, harangued the US Congress into invading Iraq is without basis in fact. Netanyahu addressed the US Congress on the subject of Iraq MONTHS prior to becoming part of the Israeli government in November, 2002. (Labor was still in the government at that time.) Not only that, even when Saddam was executed, Olmert placed a gag order on his ministers.
